Hi all! I have created a solo fantasy hexcrawl/city crawl/dungeon crawl game called SCRAWL which you can get for free!

SCRAWL stands for Solo CRAWL - it is a system where you can create a party that will explore a land, its settlements and its dungeons. Or you could just explore the dungeons. AT some point, I will also release mini gamebooks for it that you can do as stand alones or insert them into the adventure.
If you want to know more, you can get SCRAWL from DTRPG (PWYW) - https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/366204/SCRAWL-Revised-Edition-Beta

SCRAWL again

I'm almost there with SCRAWL. It is actually in a playable version, but I need to give it a big tidy.

SCRAWL

 Hello all!

Sorry I'm late. I was working on SCRAWL (Solo Crawl), my solo RPG game which involves exploring a whole world with settlements and dungeons and everything else. The plan is to release small gamebooks every month using the SCRAWL rules that you can either play stand alone or as part of your crawling.

I've currently done the core rules, the rules for wilderness hexcrawl and the rules for settlements and sites. I need to finish the dungeon rules.

You can see how it is progressing here:

There is a Facebook group where you can also see some great SCRAWL illustrations:

Newsflash

Hi all! I normally do an end of the month round up, but these things have appeared recently and so I thought I would mention them now.

Problematic Protective Poisonous Purple Paint (hyperlinked pdf) – IsaacsonAuthor.com

Samuel Isaacson has released a gamebook which is about watching paint dry. But it's a lot more interesting than the phrase would have you believe.

I know what you're thinking

The Iron Uprising - Thunderegg Productions | DriveThruRPG.com

Jacob DC Ross has released a new gamebook and Solo RPG.

Step into a world of adventure when you join the Iron Uprising. You play as Snurri, a lowly dwarf on a quest to liberate the oppressed people of Eldrafell from a wicked king.

To accomplish your mission you need to free prisoners, destroy weapons factories and upgrade your power suit to overcome new opponents.

As part of the GamebookPlus line, this book contains a full solo roleplaying section that allows you to continue your adventures indefinitely after you play through the main story. There are even guidelines for compiling, sharing and collaborating on stories with friends!

This title is set in the same universe as our previous book, Stormwing, but you do not need to play either of those books in order to enjoy the others.
